Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.
Pack with Care
Carefully place the unused glassware in its original luxury packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent breakage.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
